Train for the fight
Monday, April 27th, 2009I have been getting emails and calls from guys in how to train for the Supercop, or for that matter, fighting in general. Something to consider….nothing replaces the actual fight training, which is the sparring practice under a quality coach. You have got to put your time into doing your sport, be it boxing, kickboxing, mma wrestling etc. Swimmers have to jump in the pool in order to swim better, ya know what im saying.
Some of the area trainers are Wayne Gregory www.chicagofitnesscenter.com Dino Spencer www.flomma.com rob zbilski www.teamzs.com On the Trail of the Iguana dvdrip
The Matrix Reloaded full
Eight Days a Week film Battlefield Earth: A Saga of the Year 3000 psp
Enjoy the video, it was a workout we did at the academy…its 9 minutes in duration…the same amount of time as all 3 supercop fights in one night…Repeat the whole 9min workout 2-3 times depending on fitness levels and make sure you are cleared for exercise from your Doctor. This will get you ready for the stress of the fight, but fitness is only meant to help make your sparring better. You can be in shape and not know how to fight. Get in figth shape and enjoy the sparring and the fun inside the ring
